Service Disclosure & Terms

 

At Precision Detailing QLD we always aim to bring your vehicle as close to perfection as possible. Please read the following carefully:

 

1. Results may vary: Not all stains, marks, or defects can be fully removed — some may be permanent.

2.    Scope of work: We will only carry out the services you have booked and paid for. Extras (e.g., stain removal, pet hair removal) are not included unless discussed and agreed on the day.

3. Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle or location is unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:

•    Working on the side of a busy road

•    Disrupting neighbours or traffic

•    Hazardous materials present in the vehicle

•    Excessive dust, dirt, or sunlight preventing a proper cleaning

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed time and location.

  • Personal belongings should be removed before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability

  • We will exercise due care during all services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, worn fabrics, or weakened clear coats that may become more visible after cleaning.

  • We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after our service.

6. Payment & Deposits

  • Payment terms, including deposits, must be met as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service and/or legal recovery actions.

7. Weather & Scheduling

  • If services cannot be completed due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest possible convenience.

8. Satisfaction Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. Reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns, but refunds are issued at our discretion.

 

Agreement

By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms, and consent to Precision Detailing QLD performing the services you have booked.
